If you’re bored of wearing jewellery the “traditional” way and want to find a new way to accessorize that is unique, eye-catching and fun then you definitely should try DIYing some shoe chains for yourself.
What you need:
- Silver Chains
- Gunmetal Chains
- Black painted Chains
- Jump Rings
- Lobster Clasps
- Measure the circumference of your ankle and cut a length of chain that length.
- Attach the ends together with a jump ring and lobster clasp.
- Attach lengths of different chains to the main ankle chain – they should vary in length and hang low enough to create “U”s over the heel of your shoes.
You can mix it up by using different coloured chains, different style gold chains or even add some beads or a couple pendant embellishments. The anklets of the 90’s have grown up and are looking fierce and sexy – I love it!
