I might be a little late to the game when it comes to braiding Shamballa bracelets but better late than never! These beauties are awesome – super easy to braid, totally versatile and they make fabulous gifts (perfect for birthdays, hen do’s, bridesmaids pressies etc). The tutorial itself is a bit fiddly so you can check out my video tutorial below.
What you need:
- Thread – cut into 4 lengths (about 4x your wrist circumference)
- Beads (4-6 is a good amount)
- Sticky tape
- Super glue (to secure the knots)
To make sure the end knots don’t unravel, add a drop of superglue to secure it (be sure to let the glue dry before putting the bracelet on!)
So now it’s your turn! Have a go at making your own Shamballa bracelet – what type of beads would you use?
