Healthy Breakfast

Because I’m currently doing the Cambridge Weight Plan diet, I am limited to one small healthy meal a day alongside my “meal replacement” sachets. So, as a result I need to ensure my small healthy meal is not only nutritious but tastes good.

Healthy Breakfast

I’m really loving this breakfast (could also be brunch/lunch too), it’s surprisingly filling and quite delicious – boiled egg, wholewheat toast with low-fat cream cheese and cucumber slices served with an espresso. A great start to my mornings and hopefully will be a good start to yours too!
