Clean and fresh flavours – this homemade ceviche recipe is a perfect healthy dinner for one or starter for any dinner party. I absolutely love my sushi, sashimi, tartare…basically I just love eating raw and this South American twist is bursting with flavour.
Mix sliced sashimi-grade salmon, tuna, sweet shrimps and scallops with lime juice (2 limes) and leave in the fridge for at least an hour to marinade – the citrus juice will cure the seafood. After at least an hour, take the seafood out of the fridge and drain off the excess juice, add chopped chillies (I used jalapenos), a dash of tabasco, salt and pepper; mix well.
Serve with baked tortillas (cut into quarters) and one or two Coronas.
