So I never really thought I’d actually write a blogpost about cheese on toast but holy crap this recipe is amazing – “get off your arse and make one now” kind of amazing! True, it’s not haute cuisine, nor am I writing about a kind of revolutionary new cooking method – it’s simply a new twist on an old favourite.
Brie and grapes – seriously, how had it not even occurred to me to make this before!? It’s like cheese plate meets fondue meets comfort food…mmmmmm…the perfect snack.
